Can I get fully refunds? When?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. For a full refund, all returned items must be:
- In the original packaging
- Unused or Cannot be seen used
- Undamaged
- In re-sellable condition
Trying out the product can sometimes make it used or unsellable. If this happens, we can't offer a full refund because the item has lost some of its value. This also applies if you don't return the item or if you send it back incomplete. To ensure a full refund, simply avoid using the item before you decide to return it.
To start your return, fill out our request form with your original order number and the reason for the return. We’ll then send you an email with the return address. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping, and your original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll send you an email to let you know. If everything is in an acceptable condition, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. It may take up to two weeks for the refund to show up on your statement.
Why we support 45 days fully refund?
We want you to be completely happy with your Outplorer gear. That's why we have a 45-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you receive a product and it doesn't meet your expectations, you have 45 days to arrange a return. Please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number if you'd like to exercise this guarantee. While we're happy to refund the cost of the product, please note that shipping costs are not refundable, and we cannot cover return shipping costs for products without a functional issue.
