2. Unused or Cannot be seen used
3. UndamagedIn re-sellable condition
Trying out the product can sometimes make it used or unsellable. If this happens, we can't offer a full refund because the item has lost some of its value. This also applies if you don't return the item or if you send it back incomplete. To ensure a full refund, simply avoid using the item before you decide to return it.To start your return, fill out our request form with your original order number and the reason for the return. We’ll then send you an email with the return address. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping, and your original shipping costs are non-refundable.Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll send you an email to let you know. If everything is in an acceptable condition, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. It may take up to two weeks for the refund to show up on your statement.

If you receive a product and it doesn't meet your expectations, you have 45 days to arrange a return. Please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number if you'd like to exercise this guarantee. While we're happy to refund the cost of the product, please note that shipping costs are not refundable, and we cannot cover return shipping costs for products without a functional issue.

If the tracking number already generated, you can contact us, 30% time we can stop the parcel. If there is no tracking number, feel free cancel your order and place another one.
Check the Ship&Track Page, paste your order number, or if you logged in, you shall see the parcel directly on the page.
Normally this won't happen, sometime, your credit card need some time to contact, need a issue from both side bank, once the payment complete you shall get the email, if not please contact us with the order number / screenshot
At most of time we won't cancel any order. Only if some of products are not in stock, we will consider cancel the order, but we will contact with you first.
