Our Shipping Policy Most of the United States order will be ship from US, others will ship from China. We process orders within 48 hours, including weekends and holidays. If you pre-ordered an item, we'll process it within 24 hours of it arriving in stock.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at service@outplorer.com. We are unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

It is important that you enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the original order, but please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable. You will need to submit a new order with the correct address.

For Orders to Mexico To ensure a smooth delivery to Mexico, an RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) number is required at checkout for customs clearance. Please make sure to enter your RFC number correctly to avoid any delays. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.
