Can I get fully refunds? When?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. For a full refund, all returned items must be:
- In the original packaging
- Unused or Cannot be seen used
- Undamaged
- In re-sellable condition
Trying out the product can sometimes make it used or unsellable. If this happens, we can't offer a full refund because the item has lost some of its value. This also applies if you don't return the item or if you send it back incomplete. To ensure a full refund, simply avoid using the item before you decide to return it.
To start your return, fill out our request form with your original order number and the reason for the return. We’ll then send you an email with the return address. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping, and your original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll send you an email to let you know. If everything is in an acceptable condition, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. It may take up to two weeks for the refund to show up on your statement.

If you receive a product and it doesn't meet your expectations, you have 45 days to arrange a return. While we're happy to refund the cost of the product, please note that shipping costs are not refundable, and we cannot cover return shipping costs for products without a functional issue.

Order Origin & Processing:
- Most orders within the United States will be shipped from our US warehouse. Other international orders will be shipped from China.
- We process all orders within 48 hours, including on weekends and holidays.
- For pre-ordered items, we will process them within 24 hours of their arrival in our stock.
Order Confirmation & Changes:
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as your order is successfully placed. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
- If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at service@outplorer.com. We are unable to make changes once an order has been shipped.
Shipping Address:
- It is critical that you enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
- If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the original order total, but please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable. You will need to place a new order with the correct address.
Delivery Requirements:
- For a smooth delivery, please provide an address where someone will be present to receive the package.
- We will notify you via email of any issues or delays, so please ensure your email address is functional.

- To ensure smooth customs clearance for deliveries to Mexico, an RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) number is required at checkout. Please enter your RFC number correctly to avoid any delays.
